Policies.

• We deliver to the pincodes listed as serviceable on our product pages. If your pincode isn't served yet, we can't accept the order.
• Ready-stock beds are dispatched within 3 working days. Made-to-order beds are dispatched after their stated lead time, which is shown before you pay.
• Delivery is made by our logistics partner. Assembly in your room is done by Kalingaa's own fitters, at no extra charge.
• We'll share tracking details and an expected delivery date once the bed is dispatched, and agree a delivery slot with you.
• Please make sure the bed can reach the room where it will be fitted. If delivery fails because of access, we'll contact you to rearrange.
• Ownership and risk pass to you on delivery.

• Ready-stock beds can be returned within 7 days of delivery, unused and in their original condition.
• Made-to-order beds are built for you after you order and cannot be returned, except if they arrive damaged or defective. This is shown clearly before you pay.
• Damaged or defective on arrival: tell our fitters, or message us within 48 hours with photos. We'll repair or replace the affected part or bed at no cost.
• Return pickup is arranged by Kalingaa, free of charge.
• Refunds go to your original payment method within 7 working days of the bed being collected and checked.
• Cancellation: you can cancel a ready-stock order before dispatch, and a made-to-order order before production starts, for a full refund.

• Every Kalingaa bed carries a warranty of 5 years from the delivery date, covering the frame and joinery against manufacturing defects.
• The warranty does not cover misuse, water damage or the natural colour change of teak.
• Under warranty, we repair or replace the defective part free of charge, including fitting.
• After the warranty ends, we will make and supply any replacement part for your bed at cost, until 10 years from the purchase date.
• To claim, message us with your order number and photos. We'll confirm cover, cost and timing.

What we collect

• Your name, phone number, email and delivery address, when you order, book a visit or contact us.
• Order and payment status. Card and bank details are handled by our payment partner; we don't see or store them.
• How you use our website, through analytics and advertising cookies, only with your consent.

Why, and who we share it with

• To process and deliver your order: shared with our e-commerce platform, payment partner, logistics partner and fitters.
• To send order updates by email and WhatsApp: shared with our messaging provider.
• To arrange a workshop visit: your booking request is sent to our team through our email provider, and we keep it only until the visit is done.
• To measure and improve our website and ads, only with your consent: Google Analytics and Meta.

Your rights

• You can ask to see, correct or erase your personal data, withdraw consent at any time, and nominate someone to act for you, as the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 provides.
• We keep order records for as long as the law requires for tax and warranty purposes, and delete or anonymise other data 3 years after your last order.

• Products: teak is a natural material; grain, knots and colour vary, and colour deepens over time. Photos show a representative bed, not the exact one you'll receive. Dimensions are stated on each product page.
• Prices are in Indian rupees and include GST. Delivery and fitting are free within our service area.
• Orders are confirmed when payment succeeds. If we can't fulfil an order, we refund it in full.
• Payment is by UPI, card or netbanking. Cash on delivery and EMI are not offered.
• Delivery, returns and warranty follow the policies above.
